Review 2022 in Retrospect

2022 is a reset year with a mix of new and old behaviours to me; Many behaviours that changed during Covid-19 have so far stayed for good, for example, I am still attending the virtual event. 2022 saw the return of real-life events, outdoor activities, travel and tourism. To me, getting back to life before Covid-19, was the best thing in 2022.

What I have done in the year 2022?

1.     Joined an “18 Years Old Friends Gathering” for few times
2.     Joined a few university gatherings, with PAP mates, faculty mates, coursemates, course seniors and my direct family young junior.

3.     Received a lot of wedding invitations, but I only attended 4 of them - 1 primary school classmate's wedding, 1 university senior wedding, 1 NS friend's wedding, and a pair of Taiwanese friends' weddings.

4.    Attended virtual wedding for the first and second time
5.    Attended 2 of my direct family young junior's-convocations at UPM

6.    Travelled through the East Coast states by overnight train

7.    Experienced newly launched MRT Putrajaya Line Phase 1

8.    Experienced Singapore's newest MRT - Thomson–East Coast MRT

9.    Experienced staycation in KL Hotel

10.    Attended You Ni Market

11.    Organized a trip called “Experience Japan in Malaysia"

Conclusion: Is good to see my friends, and do what I used to do before Covid-19.

Conclusion:   Yup, only 3 new movies in 2022, I just want to spend more time exploring and travelling to new places.

When was the most unforgettable day for me in the year 2022?

1.      19 July 2022 – Reached Kelantan-Thailand Border for the first time, the only regret is that I didn't bring my passport to cross the border to Thailand

2.    20 July 2022 -  Finally conquer the whole Malaysia railway

3.       25 December 2022 – Crossing to Indonesia through the Straits of Singapore, this is the first time I stepped into Indonesia with a passport, this is the first time I travel to 2 foreign countries in one 5 day 4 nights trip.

Conclusion: If I renew my passport earlier, I would have travelled to 4 Southeast Asia countries.
