Review 2017 In Retrospect




My Instagram Best Nine of 2017

2017 seems to be a joyful year for peoples around me, my friends, and my colleagues celebrate 2017 with the birth of their new baby, baby birth announcement flooded my social media this year. However, 2017 doesn’t seem to be a good year to me. I lost 2 family member and a teacher this year, the most recent one is my maternal grandmother. It broke my heart when she passed away suddenly, early of this month. 2017 has come to the end, while I’m still coping with grief and loss. Perhaps, list down the things and moments in the past year, which I think is memorable might help me move forward.

What I have done in the year 2017?

1. Organize primary school gathering 


2. Joined a few university gathering, with senior, G12 mates, PAP mates and also my direct family young juniors



3. Joined a secondary school friends gathering, it’s been 3 years since our last gathering


4. Joined a late-night sing K session again, which I thought I’ll never have a chance to join again after I graduate from UPM


5. Met my long lost NS friends – Suewayne, Sherly and Wei Leng respectively, we’ve never seen each other for more 4 years



6. Attended 2 major annual events in UPMPAP and Chinese Orchestra Concert


7. Attended 2 UPM convocation


8. Watched 2 theatres – THE BLACK TOWER and PLASTIC CITY


9. Watched 2 live show – Sungha Jung Live in KL 2017 and Korea Drama Night with Sung Hoon


10. Traveled and explored the Northwest, Centraland Southeast region of Klang Valley by newly launch MRT


11. Wrote the 600th post of my blog!
12. Read the novel that written by my course senior 



13. Made Tangyuan for mentally challenged person
14. Made 2 personal calendar to 2 of my university best friend, it’s a surprise Christmas gift for them


15. Tried Hello Kitty Jelly mooncake which made by my direct senior for the very first time


16. Open and close a Sarahah account in a short period XD

Conclusion:  This part is getting lesser compared to last year, 2017 is still a busy year for me. However, still, I will continue recording down the moment I treasured in my blog.

Conclusion: I’m proudly to conclude, this part improved this year! I will travel and explore more in the coming 2018. Plans ahead…

Which movie I have watched in the year 2017?

1. 《聲の形 A SILENT VOICE》

Conclusion:   Japanese, Korean, Thailand, Singapore and American movie, variety enough! To me, the best movie goes to the animation COCO, I hope COCO will win the best animation in Oscar Award 2018. If you ask me the best drama I watched last year, I will definitely choose REPLY 1988, which is actually a 2016 Korean drama. Although my favourite Jung Hwan and Deok Sun do not end up together in the drama, they end up as a couple in reality! This is the best entertainment news in 2017 for me.


When was the most unforgettable day for me in the year 2017?

1. 03 March 2017 - First-time travel to Miri


2. 04 March 2017 – Conquered Niah National Park


3. 05 March 2017 – Went Brunei just to meet my beloved NS friend - Adrine, I can’t believe I really did it!


Conclusion: Miri-Brunei trip has become the most unforgettable moment for me in 2017.

To sum up, be positive and say hello to 2018. I believe great moments is waiting for me in 2018.
